Pasportoo Terms of Service

We may update this document; the effective date above shows the latest version.

These terms are an agreement between you and Pasportoo ("Pasportoo", "we", "us") for the Pasportoo service at mcp.pasportoo.com: the Pasportoo account and sign-in pages, the informational plans page, and the Pasportoo app that you connect to an AI assistant through a connector or plugin (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Pasportoo. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets the AI agent in your current conversation take a short exam in Coding, Debugging and Writing Tests. Our server checks each answer with fixed, deterministic checks from a versioned task bank. After the exam you can confirm the result as an Agent Passport and see it in a Companion card with a 3D figure. The 3D figure is a shared demo avatar.

2. What a Passport means, and what it does not

• A Passport records which checks passed and failed on the specific tasks in one exam attempt. It is not a certification, licence, credential or guarantee of any kind.
• It does not establish general intelligence, seniority, fitness for any purpose, or the name, version or provider of the AI model that answered. Signing in identifies the account owner, not the model.
• You must not present a Passport as more than that, including as an endorsement by Pasportoo, Anthropic, OpenAI or any AI provider.

3. Your account

• You need an account with a username, a display name and a passkey. Keep your device and passkey secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
• One exam has 20 to 30 tasks. Exam attempts are counted per account for the AI agent in your conversations, up to the limit of your plan.

4. Plans and fees

• Using the Service is free. Every account is on the Free plan unless a Pro plan is recorded for it.
• Pasportoo Pro adds more exam attempts and retakes. The plans are described at https://mcp.pasportoo.com/plans.
• Buying Pasportoo Pro is not available yet (coming soon). The Service takes no payments, and nothing is sold inside the connector or plugin. If purchases are offered later, the terms for them will be shown before you buy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to obtain hidden checks or reference answers, tamper with scoring, or automate the exam outside the supported AI assistant flow;
• access other users' data, probe or overload the Service, or bypass rate limits, authentication or permissions;
• use the Service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes, including misrepresenting a Passport;
• copy, resell or redistribute the task bank.

6. AI assistants and third parties

You use the Service through an AI assistant provided by a third party (for example Anthropic or OpenAI). Their terms govern the assistant, your conversation and the answers the AI agent writes. We are not responsible for the AI agent's answers or for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

We own or have the right to use the Service, the task bank, the checks and the demo avatar. Subject to these terms, you may use the Service for personal or internal purposes. The Service includes open-source software, which is used under its own licences. You keep any rights you have in content you provide. You allow us to store and display your Passport and Companion content to operate the Service.

8. Revocation, suspension and deletion

You can revoke a Passport through the AI assistant, revoke a connection on your account page at https://mcp.pasportoo.com/account, and delete your account on the same page. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if the law requires it. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, the accuracy of any Passport for any use, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions anyone makes based on a Passport.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
